This review is from: Ultimate Fitness Frisbee DVD (Misc.)
As a certified personal trainer and Ultimate player, I've seen many a fitness DVD or e-book which didn't quite make the cut. In contrast, this DVD by Bryan Doo (now a strength & conditioning coach for the Boston Celtics) and DoG Club player & Ultimate coach Dan Cogan-Drew is a great gem for Ultimate coaches and players at all levels.

Bryan takes us through dynamic warm-ups, both for the start of a day and a separate warm-up for in-between games, and also leads us through some great speed / agility / quickness drills and functional strength development.

If you've read Baccarini and Booth's _Essential Ultimate_ you may have seen some of these drills but it's always great to see real athletes performing these drills, and more importantly learning the common pitfalls and the coaching / cuing tips to make sure you and your athletes are warming up and training safely and effectively.
