This book is great for tracking fitness and nutrition, without having to count calories.Each page has information to guide you through so you can log everything properly. I read about this journal in Shape Magazine and decided to give it a try. I LOOOOOVE IT. Here's why: each week, there's a page at the start of the week where you spell out your goals for the week (e.g. how many times you're going to exercise, what you're going to eat, etc.). Then are individual pages for each day of that week, and then a page at the end of the week for a weekly wrap-up in which you note what went well and what didn't work so well. For the daily pages, the left side lets you track exercise while the right side lets you track your meals/snacks and other stuff like #s of glasses of water and hours of sleep. I ended up not using the pen because I don't care for blue ink, only black, but that's a small quibble. I will be buying many more of these. |
