And if you think "you get what you pay for", let me tell you that all the parts in this kit is made of top quality material. The guitar itself looks great. The frets feel great. The strings are good. The 3 different picks are nice. The amp is loud. It's just great. I'm just starting to learn, but I can see myself going a long way with this set. I just plainly love it! So, I feel like it's long enough playing to say what I think about it. The sound is loud, clear and full- that's probably a combo of the pick-ups and the amp. The neck is smooth and thin making it easy for me to play as someone with short fingers and little hands :) The tuning keys are solid, no slipping when I'm tuning. The coloring is true to the picture and is finished well. And, lastly, the amp is honestly pretty awesome- it's loud, small, cased nicely, the innards look well made- I would think I'd have to pay around $100 JUST for the amp, so, I'm very happy. All the accessories- strap, cord, case, stand- all super good. I really thought I'd just be paying for a decent guitar and was blown away to get so much more.
